Stock availability, active re-order management and customer specific logistic services:

  • We offer a permanent NOS stock availability with an average stock of +300,000 pieces across all license brands. As such, our business partners can place reorders at short notice by which they can reduce their own stock risk.
  • This service is complemented by the possibility of an EDI connection including, if wished, an active re-order management of business partners’ own point-of-sales (“POS”) by our team.
  • We also offer customer specific logistic services to reduce the logistics effort for our business partners and increase the speed of delivery to the POS.

Customer-oriented and broad sales force:

  • Our cross-brand key account management enables a close and smooth cooperation with our business partners for all our brands/ products and services.
  • This is complemented by our regional, proactive sales force across Germany and Europe.
  • Our sales representatives working from eight showrooms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland which will be supported by industry events and regional exhibitions.
  • We also offer a digital ordering option via our B2B webshop.
  • For simplifying the payment processing, we entered into contracts with all leading purchasing groups and associations in German-speaking and Central European countries.

  • For developing target group-specific collections as well as individual customer developments in the "bag" and "small leather goods" segment, we have set up our own in-house and highly experienced design team.

  • Our leather products are certified by international quality testing institutes.
  • For quick and easy processing of business partner service requests we have set-up our own in-house service department. It offers goodwill refunds as well as replacements even for specific end consumer requests.

Distinct awareness for sustainability:

  • Targeted use of sustainable materials (e.g.: PET-recycled nylon, recycled PU) to complement our existing collections.
  • Use of environmentally friendly, recycled packaging materials.
  • Introduction of an energy efficient building management.
  • Use of climate-neutral print catalogs on FSC-certified paper.

Diverse marketing and PR concepts:

  • For supporting our customers, we set-up our own in-house marketing department. It offers the following services:
    • Proficient catalogs.
    • Variety of POS materials.
    • Shop design support.
    • Provision of image material; and
    • Per article at least four professional images in 72 / 300dpi resolution for the use in online shops or promotions.
    • For e-Commerce partners or web shop operators, we provide all relevant article data, such as weights, EAN etc.
    • In addition, we are a partner of FashionCloud and thus guarantee a 24/7 download of all available catalogs, item images and article descriptions.
  • This is rounded off by two PR agencies from Hamburg & Berlin, which are entrusted with their own BIB budget for carrying out:
    • A permanent product placement in the trade and public press.
    • Image campaigns in the press and support the licensors' social media campaigns.
