regarding to the upcoming delivery of our AW24 goods, we would like to draw your attention to the ongoing political, warlike situation around the Red Sea.

Due to this situation, this area is currently bypassed by all container shipping companies. An end to this measure cannot currently be predicted. Overall, this is estimated to lead to an additional shipping time of approximately 15 days and, as a result, to a disruption of global supply chains.

This disruption creates the need to integrate more ships into the shipping market to meet the demands, which are currently not available in the container market. The resulting shortage is currently leading to significantly higher freight rates and unavailability of ships/containers.

In this case, we have entered into a cooperation with a logistics specialist (forwarding company) in order to secure container capacities and rates. However, this protection is currently of no help, as the shipping alliances unilaterally determine the rates and departures.

We therefore cannot guarantee your delivery dates for the AW24 under these difficult conditions. Nevertheless, we try to do everything in our hands to fulfil them as much as possible.
