We have now been burdened by the COVIS 19 pandemic for more than six months already. A highly demanding time has been endured by all and unfortunately the coming months will probably remain just as challenging.  

First and foremost we extend thanks to you all for the cooperative partnership during times when our reduced working hours resulted in lower availability, accessibility suffered and processing time was lengthened. We, and above all our colleagues in offices and warehouses, spared no effort to dispatch orders as speedily as possible to all customers.  

Because we too are unable to foresee the prospects for the coming weeks and months, we must remain flexible in the purpose of the company and possibly even limit the periodic deployment of our team. We hope that this will not be necessary but thank you in advance for your understanding. We shall continue to make all efforts maintain our high standard of service.
